HSE Database & Reporting Lead
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining , administering and providing training for Traction (HSE Database)in Pakistan
- Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of S&OI data in Traction
- Prepare trends and identify emerging themes with respect to SOCs, incidents, audits and other events in Traction
- Maintaining eSAFE application for recording safety observations (another application similar to Traction – not a global tool – purely used within SPU – used on a smaller scale
Qualifications:
- 2-3 yrs commercial exp within performance management within HSS&E
- Data analysis – performance trends, improvement & intervention, data management & reporting
- Expertise in MS office including excel & PowerPoint
- Engineering degree/ diploma
- The individual must be self motivated, with the ability to make quick decisions and work with minimum of supervision.

The largest community in BP's Exploration and Production (E&P) Segment, around 6000 people work in operations, essentially delivering oil and gas from the wellhead to the market. Operations staff play a significant role at all stages of the exploration and production cycle - providing input to a project from early appraisal all the way through to full production.
